RichieGraham
Professional Bio:
Richie Graham is Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). Prior to GSE Partners, Richie was the founder of Striker Partners (1998), which now serves as his family office. Striker Partners historically made direct equity control investments in multiple industry verticals, including business services, education, logistics, healthcare and sports, specifically soccer.
Richie also leads the Graham family’s investment in Major League Soccer through the Philadelphia Union franchise, where he was actively involved in defining the club’s competitive strategy and building the Philadelphia Union’s highly-regarded player development program. In conjunction with the launch of the Union’s development program Richie founded YSC Academy, an innovative and first-of-its-kind soccer-specific school, which provides an education solution for elite soccer players from grades six through 12.

Richie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
Personal:
Richie has a broad array of philanthropic and charitable interests, among which include nature and conservation initiatives that he undertakes through Richie Graham Photography, and resides in suburban Los Angeles with his family.

Professional Bio:
Shervin Mirhashemi is Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). A leader and veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, Shervin has directed leading global organizations in driving strategic business expansion, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Prior to GSE Partners, Shervin served as CEO and Vice Chair of Legends Global. Over his career, Shervin has cultivated an array of best-in-class services encompassing market feasibility, project development, premium suites and ticket sales, naming rights, sponsorship, hospitality, retail and special events, and technology solutions. Shervin joined GSE Partners after more than two decades as a leading executive in the sports and entertainment space. Earlier in his career, he held numerous roles in business and legal affairs across various industries.

Shervin received his J.D. from the University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Biomedical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
Personal:
Shervin lives in San Diego with his wife and two children.
JonathanPerelman
Professional Bio:
Jonathan Perelman is a Managing Partner at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”), bringing two decades of experience across the sports, media, and entertainment industry.
Before joining GSE Partners, Jonathan was an executive at CAA Sports, where he led the agency’s strategy & growth efforts and its global football (soccer) practice. His work focused on expanding CAA’s presence in new sports and markets, while also overseeing global football initiatives across player representation, sponsorship, consulting, investment banking, and more.
Prior to CAA, Jonathan served as President of ICM Stellar Sports, the world’s largest football (soccer) player representation agency. He led the acquisition of Stellar Sports and co-led corporate development and digital at ICM Partners.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan held senior roles at both BuzzFeed and Google.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
Personal:
Jonathan lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons. He’s a sports enthusiast and a passionate fan of global football.
GilMoran
Professional Bio:
Gil Moran is a Managing Partner at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”), bringing over 20 years of experience in the consumer sector with a deep focus on sports, media, and retail.
Before joining GSE Partners, Gil led the Direct-to-Consumer and Owned & Operated Media Strategy teams at the National Football League (NFL). In this role, he was responsible for the full P&L of the NFL’s digital portfolio, overseeing key functions including product development, content strategy, marketing, sponsorship, data and analytics, and compliance.
Prior to his tenure at the NFL, Gil was a Partner in the Media, Entertainment, and Technology practice and Sports practice at L.E.K. Consulting. There, he advised clients across the ecosystem and conducted due diligence on more than 150 companies for both corporate and private equity clients, supporting a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, add-ons, and divestitures.
Education:
Gil earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and has an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom (UK).
Personal:
Gil has lived in 10 countries, is a passionate NBA and NFL fan, and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three young children.
WilliamTimmerman
Professional Bio:
William Timmerman is a Managing Partner at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”) and brings over 20 years of private equity investment experience. He leads the day-to-day investment activities of GSE Partners, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as eventually partnering with portfolio companies to build value. William also helps lead Graham Capital Investments’ (GCI) day-to-day investment activities and serves on the GCI Investment Committee. William also oversees a legacy Graham Partners portfolio company, ABX.
Education:
William earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Personal:
Originally from South Carolina, William enjoys spending time with his family and golfing when not working.
MikePozielli
Professional Bio:
Mike is a Vice President at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). He oversees all CFO-related responsibilities, while also sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities.
Mike previously served as the Director of Finance Value Creation at Graham Partners Operating Company (GPOC) where he provided strategic support and oversight for portfolio companies and leveraged his expertise to drive operational and financial performance. Prior to GPOC, he served as Head of Finance at InnovHeart, a next-generation medical device company, where he led financial operations during a critical growth phase. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive experience in Deloitte’s Audit and Advisory practices, working with clients across diverse industries.

Mike earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Personal:
Originally from Gibbstown, NJ, Mike is an avid golfer, Philadelphia Eagles fan, and home cook. He also enjoys traveling, music, books, and movies.
BrendanSpinelli
Professional Bio:
Brendan Spinelli is a Vice President and leads Investor Relations at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). Brendan brings over 6 years of investment banking and capital formation experience to the team. Before joining GSE Partners, Brendan was a Vice President on the Fund Placement team for William Blair’s Private Capital Advisory business. In this role, he was responsible for advising private equity firms on primary fundraises and leveraging key introductions to limited partners. Prior to his tenure at William Blair, Brendan worked in a similar role at Rede Partners. Brendan began his career in Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald.

Brendan earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Personal:
Brendan is originally from Narberth, PA and in his free time enjoys trying new restaurants, attending concerts, and travelling with friends. He currently resides in Seattle with his husband.

Mitchell is a Senior Associate at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). Previously, he sourced and evaluated new investment opportunities, while also providing ongoing support and oversight to portfolio companies at Graham Partners.

Mitchell earned his B.S.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance and a minor in Integrated Technology from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Personal:
Originally from Maryland, Mitchell enjoys spending time with his friends and family, slalom water skiing, traveling, and fishing.
AndrewVerdi
Professional Bio:
Andrew is an Associate at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). Andrew brings a blend of investment banking, sports, and technology experience to the GSE team. Before joining GSE Partners, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking Division, where he advised clients across the telecommunications and media & entertainment landscape. He later joined the Goldman Sachs Global Institute, the firm’s internal think tank focused on the intersection of geopolitics and artificial intelligence.
Education:
Andrew earned his B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and competed on the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team.
Personal:
Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Andrew enjoys working out and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Professional Bio:
Harris is an Analyst at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). He plays a key role in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and leverages deep market research and strategic insights developed through the team’s Investment Theme Program (ITP).
Education:
Harris received his A.B. from Harvard University.
Personal:
Prior to GSE Partners, Harris was a member of the Harvard Men’s Swimming & Diving Team.
SethWaugh
Professional Bio:
Seth Waugh is a Senior Advisor at Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE Partners”). Prior to joining GSE Partners, Seth served as CEO of the PGA of America. Before joining the PGA of America, Seth served in both Managing Director and Senior Advisor roles at Silver Lake. Before Silver Lake, Seth spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank, 10 of which were serving as CEO of the Americas; he also served as the Deutsche Bank Americas Advisory Board Chairman until 2017. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Waugh was CEO of Quantitative Financial Strategies (QFS). He also spent 11 years in various leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, culminating in serving as co-head of global debt markets. Earlier in his career, Waugh managed the corporate bond and international trading desks at Salomon Brothers.

Seth holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Amherst College.
Personal:
Seth has a long history of philanthropy including the West Palm Beach Golf Park, a community golf and educational project, that he spearheaded and chairs. Seth resides in North Palm Beach, Florida with his wife and five children.
