Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners Backs Acquisition and Merger of Pangolin Laser Systems and Artistry In Motion
Investment establishes a global live-events platform spanning laser entertainment technology and professional special effects.
Graham Sports & Entertainment Partners (“GSE”), an operator-led investment firm focused on the sports, media, and entertainment ecosystem, is pleased to announce a recapitalization of Pangolin Laser Systems (“Pangolin”) and its merger with Artistry In Motion (“AIM”). The transaction, completed alongside Emko Capital, creates a global platform across laser entertainment technology and professional special effects, with products featured at major concert tours, theme parks, sporting events, television and film productions, and corporate events around the world.
Headquartered outside Orlando, Florida, Pangolin is a world leader in laser entertainment technology, including design software, control hardware, safety systems, and complete laser projectors.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, AIM is a leading designer and manufacturer of professional confetti and special effects equipment for the live entertainment industry.
Both brands, executive teams, and engineering organizations are expected to continue intact under the combined platform. GSE believes the combination expands R&D capacity, deepens manufacturing and logistics resources, and broadens access to capital — which is expected to accelerate product development and global growth across the group.
